BY OPENING AN ACCOUNT WITH THE HTB INTERNET SUPERSTORE LLC OR OUR VENDORS, THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR VENDORS, WHICH MAY VARY BY PRODUCT VENDOR OR ITS MANUFACTURER. THE CUSTOMER ALSO CONSENTS TO RECEIVE EMAIL FROM THE HTB INTERNET SUPERSTORE LLC OR ASSOCIATED VENDORS REGARDING ANY AND ALL HTB INTERNET SUPERSTORE LLC, OR OUR ASSOCIATED VENDORS, SERVICE RELATED ISSUES. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE LEGALLY BINDING ON THE HTB INTERNET SUPERSTORE LLC, OR OUR ASSOCIATED VENDORS, AND THE CUSTOMER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT, THE CUSTOMER AGREES NOT TO ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE OUR SERVICES NOR THE SERVICES OF OUR VENDORS. FOR CUSTOMER’S FUTURE REFERENCE, THIS IS AN UP-TO-DATE COPY OF THE AGREEMENT AND HAS BEEN MADE AVAILABLE TO OUR CUSTOMERS HERE ON THIS HTB INTERNET SUPERSTORE LLC WEB SITE, www.htbsuperstore.com, UNDER THE LINK ENTITLED “Terms and Conditions”.

1. That the individual opening an account is 18 years of age or older.

2. That the information provided to the HTB Internet Superstore LLC or our associated vendors in the application process is complete and correct. The customer is responsible for keeping his/her contact information and billing information up-to-date.

3. That the customer will safeguard his/her Personal Access Code and agrees to notify the HTB Internet Superstore LLC and/or our associated vendors immediately when the Personal Access Code is either lost or stolen.

4. That the HTB Internet Superstore LLC and our associated vendors assume the customer has sole and full responsibility for any and all access to, and usage of, the HTB Internet Superstore LLC, or our associated vendors, products and/or services using the customer's Personal Access Code or ANI information from their assigned phone number. The customer is liable for any and all access to and usage of products and services until the HTB Internet Superstore LLC and the associated vendors have received written notice of any and all unauthorized access, usage, and/or cancellation of the customer’s account.

5. That the customer agrees and accepts the return policy of the HTB Internet Superstore LLC and our associated vendors. An up-to-date copy of our (HTB Internet Superstore LLC) return policy has been made available to our customers on this web site, www.htbsuperstore.com, under the link entitled "Return Policy".

WHEN THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES A CREDIT CARD BILLING OPTION FOR THEIR ACCOUNT BY PROVIDING THEIR CREDIT CARD BILLING INFORMATION TO THE HTB INTERNET SUPERSTORE LLC AND/OR OUR ASSOCIATED VENDORS, THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT THE HTB INTERNET SUPERSTORE LLC AND/OR OUR ASSOCIATED VENDORS MAY CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER PROVIDED FOR ANY AND ALL BALANCES DUE. CHARGES FOR THE BALANCES DUE CAN BE MADE TO THE CREDIT CARD WHEN THE CUSTOMER’S BALANCES OWED EXCEEDS 90% (PERCENT) OF THEIR CREDIT LIMIT, OR AT THE END OF A BILLING PERIOD, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. ALTHOUGH IT IS UNUSUAL AND HIGHLY UNLIKELY, THIS CAN RESULT IN MULTIPLE BILLING CHARGES IN A GIVEN MONTH.

Should the HTB Internet Superstore LLC or our associated vendors be unable to charge customer purchases to customer's account (for any reason - i.e., because customer's credit card account expires, reaches or exceeds customer's credit limit, or is otherwise denied by the credit card processing company) the HTB Internet Superstore LLC or our associated vendors reserves the right to terminate any and all services immediately and bill the customer directly for any and all amounts owed. Any and all customer accounts remaining unpaid after 120 days may be referred to a collection agency.

Customer invoices are provided on a monthly basis. Taxes due are calculated based on the total monthly usage. The number and amount of taxes charged vary by the state from which the service originates.
